Divparser provides tools for scraping publicly accessible, non‑protected websites. You agree to use the service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and website policies.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Divparser.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not use Divparser to scrape websites that prohibit automated access.
• You may not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or bot protections.

2. Prohibited Use

Divparser is intentionally designed to avoid scraping sites with advanced bot protection. You agree not to use the platform to scrape or attempt to scrape:

• Google Search results
• Zillow
• LinkedIn
• Any website that explicitly forbids automated scraping

These restrictions protect you from legal risk and ensure stable, predictable performance for all users.

3. Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Divparser offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize our payment provider to charge your selected payment method.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance.
• All payments are handled securely by our payment provider.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Canceling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund unless required by law.

5. Scrape Data & Storage

Scrape results generated through Divparser are stored securely and are accessible only to your account. You retain full ownership of your extracted data.

We may delete old or unused data to maintain system performance, especially for free-tier accounts.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime and reliable performance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues may temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Divparser is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete scrape results
• Damages arising from misuse of the platform

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or abusive behavior. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are significant, we will notify you via email or dashboard alert. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
