3. Scraping Behavior & Data Handling

Divparser is built to scrape publicly accessible websites, including many with advanced bot protection — premium proxies and unblocking are built into every request, so a bot-protection wall on its own is no longer something Divparser avoids. We still do not scrape:

• Platforms that prohibit automated access in their terms of service, such as LinkedIn
• Content behind a login, paywall, or other access control the user isn't authorized to bypass

This keeps scraping limited to publicly accessible content while respecting individual sites' stated terms of service. Your scrape results are stored securely and accessible only to your account.

We retain data only as long as necessary to operate the service or comply with legal obligations.

5. Google User Data

If you connect a Google account to enable delivery to Google Drive (Dashboard → Storages), Divparser requests exactly one Google permission:

• Google Drive — “See, edit, create, and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app” (the drive.file scope). This lets Divparser create and write to files it itself creates in a dedicated “DivParser” folder in your Drive. It does not grant Divparser access to any other file, folder, or content already in your Drive.

We use this access solely to upload your scrape results as files when you choose Google Drive as a delivery destination for a scrape or schedule. We do not read, scan, or share this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering the results you requested, and we do not permit humans to read it except where necessary for security, legal compliance, or with your explicit consent. The associated access token is encrypted at rest and deleted immediately if you disconnect your Google account from the Storages page.

Divparser’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke Divparser’s access at any time from the Storages page (“Disconnect”) or directly from your Google Account permissions page.

We may use trusted providers for:

These providers only receive the minimum data required to perform their function.
